The Expressions dialog allows you to choose from a number of popular commodity spreads. When you select a popular spread from the drop-down list, the expression is built automatically for you. You may also create your own custom spread chart by entering the mathematical calculation.

Results are interpreted as buy, sell or hold signals, each with numeric ratings and summarized with an overall percentage buy or sell rating. After each calculation the program assigns a Buy, Sell, or Hold value with the study, depending on where the price lies in reference to the common interpretation of the study. For example, a price above its moving average is generally considered an upward trend or a buy. Other Sync settings include the options for Interval, Indicator, Bar Type, and Template.

W tym czasie prawdopodobnie w dalszym ciągu publikowany będzie zarówno WIBOR, jak i WIRD. Rozwiązania na naszym rynku wprowadzą być może podobny mechanizm, jaki został np. Zastosowany w przypadku zastąpienia stawki 3- lub 6-miesięcznej CHF LIBOR, tzw. Zarówno indeks WIRD jak i WIRF zostały stworzone przez GPW Benchmark.

Chodziło o wyeliminowanie uznaniowości i bazowania na stawkach depozytowych, które nie mają odzwierciedlenia w rzeczywistych transakcjach, a są jedynie stawkami, po których teoretycznie bank je kwotujący byłby gotów zawrzeć transakcje.

Reaguje na zmiany inflacji – niższa oznaczająca spadek cen i stóp procentowych NBP oddziałuje na wysokość wskaźnika WIRD. Jednak nie rośnie on tak szybko wraz ze wzrostem inflacji jak WIBOR(R). O WIRD Polacy usłyszeli w związku z planami likwidacji wskaźnika WIBOR(R). 7 lipca 2022 roku została uchwalona, a 29 lipca weszła w życie ustawa o finansowaniu społecznościowym firm i wspieraniu pożyczkobiorców, która zakłada zaprzestanie wyznaczania i stosowania wskaźnika WIBOR(R).

Administratorem WIRF– w rozumieniu Rozporządzenia BMR będzie spółka GPW Benchmark S.A., wpisana do rejestru Europejskiego Urzędu Nadzoru Giełd i Papierów Wartościowych (ESMA). Tym samym KS NGR zweryfikował i zmodyfikował swoją wcześniejszą decyzję o wyborze WIRON (pierwotnie WIRD)1 na podstawie przesłanek wskazanych poniżej, a także wspomnianych w poprzednich komunikatach NGR. „Wskaźnik oparty na stopach overnight z szerokiego rynku hurtowego – patrząc historycznie – kształtował się niżej niż wskaźnik międzybankowy overnight. 1M, 3M, 6M, te różnice nie były aż tak wysokie jak obecnie, bo teraz na WIBOR 3M bardzo mocno wpływa kwestia oczekiwań co do wysokości stóp procentowych.

Dzięki temu rzeczywiście nowy wskaźnik referencyjny będzie niższy od stosowanego dzisiaj WIBOR® – według planów rządu, nawet o 1-2 p.p. Kolejnym krokiem KS NGR będzie zaktualizowanie Mapy Drogowej w ramach dotychczasowego harmonogramu działań mających na celu zastąpienie wskaźnika referencyjnego WIBOR docelowym wskaźnikiem WIRF–, którego finalna nazwa będzie wybrana w toku dalszych prac. Pierwszych produktów opartych o nowy wskaźnik zapewne będzie można się spodziewać już na początku 2023 roku. Należy jednak pamiętać, że reforma wskaźnika referencyjnego to bardzo skomplikowany proces, który jak już wspomniano będzie musiał być rozłożony na kilka lat, tak aby przygotować cały rynek do jego wdrożenia. Prace nad wskaźnikiem WIRD prowadzone są w formule projektowej i zostały podzielone na podzespoły tematyczne. Najważniejsze strumienie projektowe to te, w ramach których toczą się prace związane przede wszystkim z opracowaniem nowego wskaźnika, przystosowaniem systemów rozliczeń i obrotu oraz tabel odsetkowych do nowego rodzaju wskaźnika referencyjnego.

WIRD ma być alternatywą dla wskaźnika WIBOR – poinformowała Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego. Nowy wskaźnik referencyjny stopy procentowej może zacząć obowiązywać już od 2023 roku. Możliwe jest, że przez pewien czas WIBOR i WIRD będą stosowane równolegle – twierdzą eksperci z Deloitte.
